Announcing the Browsely AI Sidebar
The Browsely sidebar: an AI side panel that lets you select content, attach files, and stream answers for faster research, fewer tabs, better results.
The Browsely sidebar brings AI to the side of any page so you can read, select, ask, and act without tab-hopping. It reduces copy-paste, keeps the page in view, and turns context into better answers.
What it does
Highlight text, choose a region, or snap a clean screenshot. The sidebar converts your pick into structured context the model can understand, which yields more accurate, on-topic answers. Use it to extract key paragraphs from an article, capture a chart as an image, or combine a selection with a file you upload. Previews stay visible so you always see what will be sent. Remove items with one click. Result: less friction, stronger prompts, and fewer context mistakes.
Responses stream in real time. You can stop generation the moment you have enough, refine the prompt, and continue. The history auto-scrolls only when you are at the bottom, so you can read or copy without losing your place. Each assistant message exposes one-tap copy and a retry button for quick variations. This keeps momentum high during research, drafting, or code review because you move from question to action without idle time.
Projects rarely stay linear. The header switcher lets you jump between threads instantly or start a fresh one for a new task. Each conversation preserves its context, attachments, and outputs, so you can keep a “recipe draft,” a “bug investigation,” and a “client email” separate yet one click away. Suggested prompts refresh per page, which means the sidebar adapts as you change tabs. The impact is simple: cleaner organization and faster task switching without losing history.

AI tools today are intelligent but still heavily reliant on manual user input: typing prompts, copying context, formatting screenshots, etc.
